What to Expect

About 2.5 hours long, the class teaches you how to use Gammill longarm quilting machines plus how to "float" a quilt. You'll receive written class content with all longarm machine basics. As a special bonus for INMod members, Wanda plans to cover batting, thread, and backing options, making our workshop 3 hours long!

During this certification class, only whole cloth will be used for demonstrating stitching. Workshop participants will not be quilting personal quilts. However, if you rent and complete your first quilt within one week of taking the class, you’ll receive a FREE ½ hour of rental time. If you do not use the machines within 2 months of your certification, you just have to zip in for a $20 Refresher Course before renting.

Who Needs a Hand?

As a service to quilters, Heartbeat now offers a JumpStart program, to pre-load your quilts so you just walk in and start stitching! How sweet is that?
