This Saturday, April 21st, is our monthly guild sew day from 10 am to 4 pm. We will be at a new location, the Associate Industries building, 1206 N Lincoln St, Suite 200, Spokane WA 99201. Please feel free to stop by at anytime between ten and four to sew or visit. There will be a brief guild meeting from 10:30 to 11:00 followed by show and tell then free time to sew.
There will fabric available for making charity quilt blocks for Humbolt Broncos Jr. Hockey team. If you wish to make blocks they will be collected by Haven and donated to the Saskatoon MQG.
This coming Saturday is also the deadline to register and pay for this year's retreat. Please see our previous posts for weekend and Saturday rates.
This year's retreat will be Friday through Sunday with an Saturday day sew option. Christy McDevitt will be giving a tutorial on improv curve piecing on Saturday and there is plenty of free sew time scheduled. There are still a few spots open and we'd love to have you join us for this year's retreat!
